Silverdale - Retail and Recreation
Silverdale lies on the north end of Dyes Inlet. It is a bustling center of retail activity, as well as an assortment of restaurants, entertainment, and outdoor and recreational opportunities. The Kitsap Mall is the largest retail center on the Peninsula, and numerous strip malls offer even more variety.
Old Town Silverdale is the heart of the arts district, with numerous shops offering a variety of arts, crafts and cuisine, all from local merchants. The Waterfront Park invites guests with access to the beach, playground, gazebo, picnic area and shelter and a boat launch. Kitsap County Veterans Memorial Park is also located there. The Clear Creek Trail runs from the waterfront along the creek up north, behind the retail district and winding through Silverdale's urban areas.
